The Rivermont Personalized Learning Math Acceleration Camp is a unique summer learning experience where personalized instruction and innovative technology, powered by Lorsey, work together to help every student discover their next best learning opportunity.
Students will explore how artificial intelligence can enhance mathematical thinking while working alongside a math instructor and using a variety of AI tools. Participants will solve problems, discover new concepts, and experience firsthand what they can achieve with the support of both technology and expert guidance.
Rivermont Collegiate has been selected as the founding design-partner school for Lorsey, an AI-powered personalized learning platform. The camp will be overseen by Rivermont Collegiate faculty and managed by Richard Wiley, a veteran educator and former principal with more than 30 years of experience in K-12 education. An expert in instructional leadership and NWEA MAP Growth, he advises Lorsey on curriculum alignment, assessment strategy, and ensuring the platform delivers practical teacher-centered recommendations that improve student learning.
