Inspiring Tomorrow’s Leaders
Rivermont Collegiate is a shining beacon of hope and opportunity where education transcends conventional learning. It’s a nurturing environment where students from diverse backgrounds, spanning from Age 2 to Grade 12, come together to learn and grow. Our dedicated faculty members go above and beyond to support and guide these young minds, shaping them into the leaders of tomorrow.
Nurturing the leaders and innovators of tomorrow requires consistent financial support.
At Rivermont Collegiate, this entails fundraising efforts to bolster our Rivermont Excellence Fund, complete the build-out of the third floor at the STEAM Center, rename the mansion to honor St. Katharine’s legacy, and replenish our school’s Endowment Fund following the challenges posed by the pandemic.

“Rivermont Collegiate offers its students individualized attention from kindergarten through high school due to its small class sizes and supportive faculty. From a very young age, Rivermont students are encouraged to think critically and actively participate in the learning process. These skills are crucial to success in college and life.”

St. Katharine’s Legacy
It’s time to pay lasting tribute to previous generations of alumni, faculty, and staff by renaming the mansion in honor of St. Katharine’s legacy. A lead gift and challenge has already been established to raise $1 million for this effort. What was the Bettendorf Mansion is now St. Katharine’s Hall.
Endowment Fund
The Rivermont Collegiate Endowment Fund plays a significant role in maintaining our financial stability while allowing us to elevate our student programs, faculty development, and facilities over time. In addition, interest from the Endowment Fund supports:
- Student tuition assistance
- Competitive salaries and benefits to attract and retain talented faculty and staff
- Technology enhancements to stay current with the latest innovations
- Improvements and expansions to our programs and facilities
- And much more
Endowment funds are essential, but so too are funds to support our ongoing operational needs. Contributing to these funds ensures our programs remain exceptional as we continue to shape the future of Rivermont Collegiate.
We help each and every student thrive — and that has lead to some impressive accolades and accomplishments:
- Ranked among the top 10 percent of Best College Prep Private High Schools in America — and #1 in Iowa — by Niche.
- 51 percent of our highly qualified teachers have advanced degrees (the faculty of 29 holds 26 advanced degrees among them).
- A culture of excellence with small class sizes and an impressive track record of students consistently scoring one or more grade levels above their public school peers.
