Continuous Enrollment
Continuous Enrollment Process
Rivermont Collegiate uses Continuous Enrollment, which means a student’s enrollment continues year to year until graduation or until a family notifies the school of its intent to withdraw. This process eliminates annual paperwork because enrollment renews automatically. Each returning family is billed a $500 enrollment deposit through FACTS in early February. Families have until March 2 to notify the school if they do not plan to return for the upcoming school year. On March 2, the $500 deposit becomes nonrefundable and confirms the student’s enrollment for the following year.
Families who receive tuition assistance must reapply every year. Limited funds are available for tuition assistance, which is awarded based on eligibility until funds are exhausted. For this reason, families re-applying for tuition assistance should pay close attention to deadlines for submitting their financial aid applications and tax returns. Complete instructions for re-applying for tuition assistance can be found on this website’s Tuition/Financial Aid page.
