Boarding at Rivermont Collegiate
A Global Residential Experience for Grades 8–12 in a College-Prep Community
Residential Life
Rivermont students come from across the country and around the world, including China, Congo, DRC, France, Germany, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, Serbia, Singapore, Spain, South Korea, Turkey, Thailand, Ukraine, and Vietnam. Our students enjoy free time together, socializing with friends and faculty, and weekend excursions, including shopping at the mall, seeing a movie or having dinner out on the town. Each month a “large” trip is scheduled. Examples include a day trip to Chicago, boating on the Mississippi River, museum visits, and more.
We accept applications for domestic and international boarding students entering grades 8-12.
Rivermont Collegiate has two residence halls on its campus. The girls’ dorms are on the upper floors of the Carriage House. The building has 16 beds, two dorm parent apartments, a student commons area, a pottery studio, and an art classroom. The boys’ dorms are on the upper floors of the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) center. There are 24 beds and two dorm parent apartments in the 30,000-plus square foot facility. It also has a student commons, laundry room, meeting space, and classrooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Tuition discounts are awarded based on the family’s financial need and do not affect the student applicant’s eligibility determination. Minimum out-of-pocket cost per student is $3,500 plus the $500 non-refundable fee.
