Watershed Field Trip

6th grade will go on a green infrastructure and streetscaping tour of PD Rain Gardens, City Hall’s native plants, permeable paving and sidewalk, & Iowa tree pits. They will visit the Water Treatment Facility and Credit Island for lunch and to learn about Watershed/Urban Water Cycle, floods, weather, and water testing.
